Meet Our Stuff
Kristine Khachatryan - Founder - Administrator
From a young age, Kristine was drawn to health and medicine because of early exposure to health implications faced by close family members. The desire to help them and others inspired her to pursue a career that would allow her to help children, elders, and everyone in need of better options for their health and lifestyle.
She received her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the Yerevan State Medical University in Armenia. She continued her education at the University of Houston and received a master’s degree with a double major in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. The desire to help others encouraged her to invest her education and past work experience to establish Lenara Homecare, where people with good hearts and strong minds will team up to make an impact on others’ lives. She believes that everyone has a right to a better life and here at Lenara we will do everything to bring smiles to people's faces. Her motto is “Do good and care more".
Lousi Dekessian - Alternative Administrator
Lousi Dekessian received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of New Orleans. Upon graduation, she worked in the Oil and Gas industry as an Analytical Chemist and a Project Manager for over 15 years. In mid-2020, she crossed over from Oil and Gas to the Medical Industry. She works as a Project Manager, Site Lead, as well as a Program Manager. In her spare time, Lousi Dekessian enjoys helping people. She volunteers in her church group and loves spending time with her family.
Suren Abrahamyan - Advisor
Suren is an inspiring consultant and coach to executives, leaders and boards. He has a rare breadth of general management skills and first hand leadership experience. Bringing extensive business experience, Suren is passionate about helping companies build business culture, leadership, performance and results.
